Factory Wasteland

Pulled from the shoreline of Dead Horse Bay, each piece in the Factory Wasteland series carries what the tide left behind — horse bones, rusted debris, shattered glass, and fragments of the city’s forgotten past. Once an industrial dumping ground, the bay now offers relics that tell quiet stories of decay and return.

I use those remains — the glass, the bone, the history — and give them new life through sculpted fungi and organic growth. Every piece is a small resurrection, where nature takes back what industry abandoned.
Each sculpture is one of one — made from what’s found, never repeated.
